Julius Perdana’s F22 & F18

If you haven’t found his designs, check out Julius Perdana on YouTube. I’ve been building his F22. Larger than I expected but very light weight. I’m at 620g which includes all servos, linkages and the esc. I’m going to see if the FT C pack on 4s provides enough thrust.

Nose, canopy and fins remain.

Just under 900g for everything without battery. Going to try a radial C pack on a 9x6 with 4s.

Flew well today but under powered on a radial C pack with a 9x6 prop and 4s battery. Need to figure out a bigger motor combo to try but can’t go bigger than a 10” prop.

Wow, Amazing builds. Are these made out of depron foam sheets or foamboard sheets? If Depron, do you think it's possible to make these out of foam board?

Hey bud my birds are made from Adam's rediboard aka dollar tree foamboard. I've never been able to find depron. If you haven't checked out @JuliusPerdana I would highly recommend it. You won't regret it. Happy building bud.
