I found on some swappable models that the original power pod design was too deep and so developed this low profile power pod. Its 11/16 inch deep which is enough room for the ESC and its wiring but leaves more room underneath to mount the battery. I have it installed on my FT Bloody Baron and also on my FT Spitfire as it allowed me to mount an Aura 5 lite underneath and have access to it by removing the wing.
