MakerFoam Store?

So, I've been trying to contact the Flite Test Makerfoam Store for several days now with a question about ordering the F-4 Phantom, but haven't had any success. Usually at the main FT store their customer service is excellent- I've spent many paychecks there and am truly a foamboard addict.

However, when trying to order a kit from the Makerfoam store, the website won't ship to the Pacific Northwest and I can't seem to get customer service to respond to my emails and phone calls. I'm wondering what's shaking over there?

I have left message via voicemail and the web form. I'll let you know if I hear anything. I have found that the products are viewable, but can not be added to my cart. This has changed recently.

Here's the response I got back....

The maker foam site is not a legit site. It is a test site only.

The F4 is out of stock.
