Personally, I think Jim and Jen do a fantastic job of servicing the immense number of orders. I have been buying from them for a few years, and have appreciated the consistency of the customer service. I can estimate the volume by the order numbers...those folks stay busy.
Keep up the great work FT...most of us are extremely satisfied.
