Massive 11 foot carbon stick

Ever since Flite Test released their carbon stick I had wondered what a big one would look like. When we wanted to attempt a large scale plane for the first time I knew what the perfect candidate was. The stick is very simple to make. My brother and I just had to glue the wing and the tail up. The rest of the plane is fully adjustable with 3d printed claps that mount the components to the 1 in aluminum tube that makes up the fuselash. It had a ft monster motor for power along with a 6000 6s and a 22 in prop. I designed the wings to be taken off with a clamp and a bolt per side, as well as the servo cable. The wingspan is 11 1/2 feet and it is 8 foot long. We have maidend it and it did fly. It is very portable and can even fit in the back of a Honda accord! It flies fantastic as well I hope you like it!
I will post a flight video and more build photos later.

I wanted to build a massive slow stick for FliteFest this year but didn't get to it. Hoping to do it for next year....

I was just going to wing mine scaling up the size based on the size/thickness difference of a sheet of foamboard vs the size/thickness of a sheet of insulation board.

Are you planning on attending Flite Fest next year?

Yes I live near Toledo so it is only a 2 1/2 hour drive to FF

Not sure of size yet, but BuddyRC is less than 10 minutes from my house, so I can get things super small to bigger than I would ever need.

I am in Columbus and have a similar drive time.
