My FT Flier vertical Take off!

I wasn't sure if it would do it, but it went up with no problem. The FT Flier is my current favorite out of all the swappables I've tried! Just for the record, that is my daughters voice.

I am a newbie, so I just used the power pack from Lazer Toyz. It sure made my life easier and works great!

Wow, I am using a 2806 motor and I can barely do that. I guess the height of the stator makes a much stronger field? You got yourself a nice setup. Enjoy!

Has anyone landed vertically? Is that even possible with a FT Flier?

When I get into high alpha with that thing I am nearly strait up due to the high weight and power for my setup. While i cant say I have done it, I'm sure it's possible but really hard.

Sure, just chop the throttle and push over...usually a perfect 1 point landing!
