I would add a few things, I find videos way more interesting when you have some onboard footage thrown in, it breaks up the video and adds perspective. I use a $20, 808 keyfob camera that shoots 720p. You can velcro it anywhere and its ultralight and durable. You can, of course, spend way more money and get better quality if you want to.
