Dan, I noticed the plan firewall is about 3/16" taller than the the firewall mount. The image of the 3D printed firewall in the Instruction .pdf appears to be the same size as the firewall mount. Can I get a "bit-o-help" with this one?

I designed a firewall that is shorter than the standard firewall. The standard size FT firewall will work just fine with this plane though.

Cool! Thanks!
So, the holes for the dowels (that aren't used) should still be on top, above the firewall mount, and the bottom is flush with the bottom of the mount. Correct?

Correct. Think of that motor mount as a mini power pod. It installs in the plane just like the pod.
