If you have access to a 3D printer you can make one with any dimensions you want using this Open sCAD file.
WARNING - DO NOT trust a 3D printed prop on a more powerful motor. I have had them blow up & send fragments everywhere, not good if anyone is standing near by. But for that application, a 3D printed prop is perfect.
Repellers convert thrust of a fluid stream into rotation and thus allow for energy harvest, while propellers convert rotation into thrust. The difference: Repeller blades are mounted with reversed pitch to the shaft. Wanted to print my own repeller designs for testing some stuff, but I didn't...
Thanks!! I was able to find one on Amazon. I ordered 4 of them because I have a couple micro projects I’m working on. Someone on Reddit actually told me it’s a PKZ3302 propeller. It is sold out from a lot of online places and my LHS used to sell these. But they suck completely and refuse to restock things for builders lol.
Really appreciate the help. What’s a good printer though? Can they be had for cheap? And what kind of plastic to use? I’ve seen people using cut up soda bottles??
