Hi guys :) !
I am currently building my first quadcopter and i have run into a problem. For starters i am using a flip 1.5 control board and a Dx6i transmitter. I got all of my electronics from readytoflyquads.com. I have everthing soldered together and connected up but i am not getting anything. My reciver is bound to my transmitter but the escs are not doing anything. I don't know what the problem is and i have been trouble shooting for days! Any suggestions would be greatly apprectiated!

Thank you,

Welcome to the forums and congratulations on your first multirotor build!

Did you follow the directions on the anti-static bag to extend the servo limits on the DX6i to +- 130 for roll/pitch/yaw and to arm with zero throttle/right full yaw/rudder?

If so, you will probably (and should do so anyway) connect it to your computerby:

1) install the serial drivers + multiwiiconf app (and optionally the Arduino IDE)
2) check that roll/pitch/yaw have about 1500 for a midpoint, and 1000 for a minimum level, and 2000 for max.

Specifics are here:

or more succinctly summarized here:
