Receiver or transmitter problems

So last fall I got a Tiny trainer start up pack. But sience fair is going around and I needed my receiver for my project because I was making a plane. So I took out the receiver and plug in the servos and esc and battery and nothing works. the reciver and transmitter are binded and it re binded it to make shure it works and the connected but it still doen't work. So i need help.

PS I have a Spektrum DXE and AR610 and they worked last month because i tested them so ya.

Are you getting the orange blinking light showing it is going into bind mode? And are you putting the bind plug in the right position on the receiver?
