Replacement Motor For Bixler

Someone was looking for a replacement motor for a Bixler from HobbyKing. Can not find the thread. Try this link and then look down the page. Wonder if it would not work for the Bixler.

Yes indeed, that was me who was looking for one. And yes, this is what I ordered and just received yesterday.
I haven't had a chance to see if it will fit yet but will let you know if it does.

Hi folks,

I was thinking of making an extension wire for the stock motor and just connect it with the existing motor wire. What is the AWG value for the stock motor wire and it is this possible to do?...

Here's a motor, when combined with a EMP 6x3e prop, will turn the Bixler from a fun flyer into a screaming flash of foam:

I used the floater jet motor, as I figured the plane was about the same size. Works great, using it with a 6x4 (I think, can't remember ATM) ant it hammers along.
