Help! Speedybee f7

New to Speedybee.
Have Speedybee F7 V3 flight controller only (no ESC stack)

Can't save anything.

Trying to save serial Rx selection for UART2 in ports tab (for my receiver)
but
IT WILL NOT SAVE - just times out.

Help

Do you have your receiver connected to the correct AUX channel, and wired correctly?

Thanks for replying.
The answer to your questions is Yes and yes.
But later I noticed that the receiver was not linked to the transmitter.
So after linking it the Arming Disable Flag for the receiver went away - kind-of.
Now there is a new Arming Disable Flag:
"Throttle channel too high"

How do I fix that?
