Tidal flats!

My son and I heading out to the tidal flats just in front of our home to go and fly!
weather is perfect!
Lots of touch and goes, and low and slow fly by ‘s!!
The “precision landings “🤣🤣were my lads idea. !
He marked a cross in the sand , we had to touch down on that .
Awesome time had by all!!😁

How are you guys liking that plane? I've thought it would make a good FPV platform.

We love it!
I just wish when I was leaning as a lad, that we had planes like this.
Pusher props, easy to repair, easy to fly!
Super stabile, and quite aerobatic if so desired.
They are so affordable to boot!
Really excellent bang for your buck!!

i think it would make a great fpv platform, especially as it’s a pusher.
It will take of in about 6’ with about a 5kn head wind.

I tuck my drone to some tidal flats using our jet ski. It can carry a small 5” and a 3” well and there was no water leaks. My grandpa asked if he could gp on there (he lives with us) however he has dementia and weak bones and the waves were 1m so we thought it best if he didnt go on the jet ski but came by car.

What area is that? Looks like really cool country.

We are up on Haida Gwaii, which is an island archipelago about 60 miles off the nw coast of Canada.
As far North and west as one can get in Canada.
We can see Alaska on a clear day😳

Mountains , ocean, a canoe to get there and a 12 year old lad with a barn sized smile, and a slow flyby😁
