unknown PT-19 ??????

hi just a simple post wanting to know if anyone can identify what make this model (eg. brand) because i picked it up at an auction and have no clue
also would a OS .46 la be enough to run it

wingspan = 55'' 140cm
fuse = 42'' 108cm

I think it would be a bit anemic on a .46 LA. Were it mine, I'd go with a .60 size two stroke or a .72 size four stroke. How much does the airframe way? That would really be the determining factor. Power needs really boil down to wing loading.
