Hey Jmart, welcome to the forums.
Where in this wide world of ours are you? Have you looked at the flitetest member map? you might be able to find someone who is near to you. (there are multiple pages)

Have you thought about scratch building a plane? you can have a plane built for only a couple of dollars. put a couple of dollars into a cheap radio and some cheap equiptment, motor, battery esc servos etc, and you can build as many planes as you like for very little money.

Well, I've got a hobbyking 50mm edf I would sell you for $50 but, I live in Florida.
