Wikipedia has the insignia and roundels for many national air forces available in a vector based format (svg)
These can be printed as large or small as you want without running into resolution issues.

You can find us army insignia decal sets on amazon. But I recommend printing them on glossy sticker paper or something similar as a DIY solution.

Not too hard to lay out either. Five pointed star in a circle. The inner circle fits within the pentagon inscribed by the points of the star as illustrated below.
