Which Foam Board do you use?

Hello Guys,

just found this website some weeks ago and read already a lot.
Fantastic for an absolute beginner like me.

I deicded to start building the Versa Wing.

As i read the flitetest foam board seems to be 5mm thick and with paper on both sides. I can't get such foam here (germany).

Which foam would you recommend? Depron seems to be very common here.

Is this suitable for the Versa Wing (6mm/170g per m²), or better the 3mm one (100g per m²)?

If this is available from Amazon where you are, it is identical to the board use by Flite Test. It is made by the same company and made available through one of their international distributors (the Adams company explained that to me when I contacted them about availability). I don't know about availability or how the cost works out. The price changes constantly by color, so compare all the colors before choosing. I always buy the cheapest color.

I'll second this one. Since I can't get the blue FFF any where around here (and don't like the green) this foam has been perfect for my builds.

Thanks for the hints. Couldn't find those manufacturers here in germany and shipping costs are quite high (50$).
So I think I will go for the 6mm Depron boards.
