Why is my motor stopping at half throttle?

My motor stops at half throttle with a prop for some reason. I resoldered the connection but it wont go past half throttle. I already replaced the esc but syill the same problem any information would be helpful!

Here is my set up
-1400kv motor
-30a ESC
-11.1v Lipo battery
-8x6 double blade prop

Stops as in quits spinning, if so, take a look at your Tx. Make sure it is airplane mode & NOT helli mode.

Its on airplane mode but still stops. But without a prop it can full throttle

That makes is sound like the battery is not giving enough power, maybe it's old or not fully charged.

Or the prop is too big & causing the motor to over heat.
