Would You Use This Battery?

Hey Guys!

Would you advise to using this battery? I've been able to balance charge it fully with no fire and discharge it some with no fire as well. Any input would be great.

For the more advanced user: check the voltages, write them down. Then, keep the battery in a fireproof container for 2 weeks, and then check the voltages again. If the voltages are similar, or have decreased only slightly by a similar amount for each cell, I'd still use it.

For beginners: discharge the pack to 0V (for example using the NiMH program on your charger) and trash it.

On the basis of battery cost vs esc, receiver, frame, etc...... I'd salt it and save the leads.

My philosophy on these things when they come up is if you are concerned enough to ask, don't do it.

I would not use it anymore, but if you have to - make sure to _always_ use a fireproof container when handling the battery.
