I have a barely used less than 5 times Futaba T7C tx It still has plastic over the lcd screen and all of the switches. Everything works perfect. I also have the rx that came with it. I do have the manual as well, it will come with it. Also included is a 7ch futaba rx already bound to it. Yes there is a battery cover(just took it off to show the batt pack)
