5 mm Depron?

Hi,

This guy did an awesome build using 5mm Depron. It doesn't have paper backing, couldn't find something equivalent....is it out there under some other name?

What a great looking plane.

Not sure what foam he is using. In the US, we use fb because it’s lightweight, widely available and cheap. In other parts of the world, depron is widely available and cheap. Use what ever materials you can find locally.

He has some great new techniques. It looked to me like he was covering the plane with tape.

You can tell by watching the video this is not his first Rodeo, his free handing the cuts and having them fit that well. He does do a fantastic job putting that plane together and the final weight is impressive..
