A10 Ducted Fan

I really like the A10 that FT offers. Has anyone tried a mod of using ducted fans instead of the wing motors?

I built one as an EDF, however I scaled it down to 75% and used twin 64mm edf's. The edf's I was using weren't putting out a lot of power and It was I was using a large battery so it was underpowered and overweight. It flew, but not amazingly. On a set of decent 64mm fans or 70mm fans at the normal size it would work really well.
