something UMX should fit in that price range and work quite well, and of course you can scratch build an FT plane, witha power pack some might fit in that budget, especially value bundles

$140 should easily get you any Eachine Mini. The minis are pretty squirrely with their gyros switched off and you will crash them but they’re so lightweight that they don’t break when they hit the ground. The only thing at risk is the prop, they usually come with a spare and you can get more for about $10 a go. But with the prop having a ‘pop off’ mount, the props can handle a few crashes as well. Never broken the two blade prop, but I did once crash into a tree and the plane fell out of the tree without its prop - never found it. lol
