I have been building a tricopter with a kk2 (ancient I know), and I am using 5010 360kv motors with 18 inch props, which obviously spin very slow. I am trying to use blheli_s 20a escs, but the motors will not spool up above about 10% throttle (just constant speed). It seems that blheli has a setting that cuts off motors that have very low rpm (low kv), but how can I change this without a betaflight fc? The motors work with my 1 tester simonk esc. I don't know if these will help, but I own a kk2 usb adapter, and an aux to pwm servo plug adapter. Can blheli quad escs be programmed through the transmitter, or either of these adapters?
