C-Pack Twin giving minimal thrust

My twin C-Pack is not giving enough thrust to power my Guinea Pig. I give it full throttle and it pulls the same amount of amps that should be drawn from one motor. The picture shown was taken at full throttle connected to both motors. Any ideas on what's happening?

Have you calibrated the ESCs? That's usually a cause for low performance

Lemme try it again. I thought I had calibrated them but mistakes happen

If your prop is on backwards, you’ll only get about half the thrust. I don’t care if you have a tractor or pusher setup. The numbers on the prop always go towards the front of the plane.

Props were on the right way. I've been so busy recently that it's been difficult to retest. Next time I'll check each motor individually too
