Constant buzzer alarm on KK2.1.5

My KK2.1.5 is giving me a constant alarm. I have wires connected directly from the battery PDU to a JST into the voltage monitor headers, and the alarm buzzer connected to the buzzer headers. I know the voltage tap is working, I can see my volts on the KK2 screen. I have verified the buzzer is also wired correctly onto the headers. On my other KK2 board, the buzzer works as advertised connected exactly the same way. I can adjust my battery alarm from 10.5 to a higher and lower voltage and the buzzer reacts as it should. Each of my FC are KK2.1.5, but the software version is different. The board I am having problems with has: HW VERSION.: 2.1.X, SW VERSION.: 1.17.S1 PRO with STEVIES. The board that works is: HW VERSION. : 2.15, SW VERSION.: 1.6 with HEXTRONICS.

this is a common problem, it's a faulty buzzer
