I've now finished the repair of my crashed DG-808s glider.
Previously I'd posted the repair of the fuselage. This time its the built up wings.
They had both been damaged (though one was much worse than the other) by the impact splitting the the top sheeting of the wing, where the joiner runs. The win is built up with ply ribs/formers and balsa sheeting with a thin film material over it.
Here's before, during and after... I had to make a new fibreglass tube for the joiner on one wing and use kevlar/epoxy to reinforce it and the damaged ribs.
