It happens. My dad's kinda like that; he's got a whole room leading out to the back patio that's full of planes. He wants to get them built, but hasn't put the time in. Heck, he's got a 1909 Demoiselle sitting on his table waiting to be covered and have servos/motor mounted, but he hasn't proceeded from there...

@ Sproutz - Being a Dad is the most joyous time suck there is... but it's still a time suck. I have projects on the backburner for MONTHs at a time.

LOL it's not just being a dad. Mine's retired, I've moved out and live in another city half an hour away with my wife. He's got time to do it, but he keeps putting it off for other various things, like driving 2 hours from San Diego to Palm Springs Air Museum to exchange a t-shirt for the correct size.
