I just need the scale difference.

10" to 5" - scale by 1/2. Us the Dollar General foam and a 3mm dowels. Let me know if you start a build thread for it.

@FoamyDM I am interested in the airfoil construction that you used for this. Is it you own design? I would like to use it for a glider I am making plans for. Any tips?

My advice is make the outer knuckles like the original spitfire wing an glue it solid. Cut the wing into two halves With an arrow shaft or two in the middle across the fuse for strength like it's designed.
