I am looking at building the Fowl Flyer, I was wondering if there are plans for a version .
instead of the huge dip in the cockpit an nice smooth line from nose to top?

The dip is for FPV gear. But you can cover it up or alter the plans before building it.

Was trying to get rid of the dip.

Print out the plans. Find the dip in the plans, and then draw lines on the plans that will get rid of the dip and accompanying surfaces. It's way easier to remove contours like the dip than to put them in. You shouldn't have any trouble if you give it a try.
