FT Mini Arrow with NightWave pixel LED strips

Well it's tinkering time while everything is in lockdown, and since I've seen some gorgeous flitetest wings with LEDs running down that internal spar, I couldn't resist giving that a try myself.

For a first ever FT build with embedded LEDs, it's turned out beautifully. The white foamboard, even with the paper on really let's the colours shine through.

nice .....I wired up some led's but they dont lite up like that, can you point me at the lites you used please

These are pixel LED strips, with a separate controller and some custom software. Allows me to set the colours of each LED to anything I like, including animating the patterns on the wing

nice .....I wired up some led's but they dont lite up like that, can you point me at the lites you used please

U can allways paint the leds with a marker or simply tape them with color tape. Both will work really well and lightweight
