If you don't have a collar that fits snugly, you can drill out a smaller one to the correct dimension. Insert the collar in the prop, add a drop of CA or else the collar will just spin and get stuck on the drill bit. The prop will give you plenty of leverage to hold while reaming out the collar.

Thank you everyone for the helpful replies. That light bulb went on over the weekend when I was finishing up the build. And I have a drillpress, so why not just ream it out to 1/4" to fit over the shaft? Duh! It worked well. Got the plane out to the field and it took it's first dirt nap. Very little scuff damage to the wingtips and spinner, but totally destroyed the prop. Made the same mistake I tend to make with my Corsair. Need to practice inputting a small amount of right rudder while increasing the speed. It wants to squirrel to the left.
