DC SFRA Back Open to Model Aircraft - Contact information for Control Towers?

Yes it's great!
The question I have is about the requirements to contact towers. The fields that I use are beyond the 5mile radius or major airports BWI however, using the app "FAA B4UFLY" I now realize that there are many other airports (heliports at hospitals and businesses, small airports and the family airstrips) that come into play. I want to be responsible and play by the rules. The app lists the facilities but it does not provide contact information. Does anyone have a good source for "tower phone numbers"?
