Help! Hello and multi-motor question

Hello to all! I am fond of scale models and starting to experiment by myself on building planes.

I fall on a big question for my first seaplane: as I want it scale, I wonder how I should wire my two motors so I can rotate the left or the right engine to turn on the water. Anyone tried to do it before and how is it achieved?

Should I mix the rudder channel and how can I deactivate it when flying?

Thank you for your help,
Delta

Sounds like you are trying to use differential thrust? In other words, one engine spins, the other does not?

Depending upon your radio / receiver, you can use a switch to turn mixing on or off.

Here is an exampe of your radio is OpenTX
