Help needed with NTM Prop Drive motor

Hey everyone. Sorry for the silly question but how do I get the stock shaft on this motor to work with a versa delta pusher configuration? It's mounted backwards in the picture. Do I need a different shaft? Is this even the right motor?

Usually need one of the accessory packs to mount a prop on the backside as that configuration is meant to mount through the firewall with only the shaft protruding. The ordered one is easier but I get 3mm car axels from the LHS and use a dremmel to cut out the knotch for the prop saver. I get 2 for about $3 so its a great deal, plus I get to decide how long or short I want it.
