Help With Spektrum transmitter!

Hey guys! I have a Spektrum DX6 and I need help with something. I have a FT Storch with four servos for the wing (1 per Aileron and 1 per flap) And I want to set it up for the standard Aileron and 3 switch flap control but if I flip a switch both turn to Flaperons. Does anyone know how to do this? I can't find anything on youtube.

Rack my poor brain it has been awhile since I have done this. First question how do you have your servos connected to the receiver and did you choose the correct plane configuration when first setting up the plane?

I have both the Ailerons and flaps hooked up to a y connector. I have chosen airplane, and 1 Aileron/1 flap since they are connected to a y connector.

First off you have to split both ailerons and flaps on separate channels to get full length flaperons if you only want flaps then that Y cable needs to be eliminated and each flap needs it`s own channel...

Ok, I have removed the y connector so each aileron and flap has their own channel.

Since you are using a DX 6 you do not have enough channels ( which I missed ) you can do full length ailerons and flaps but not full length flaperons..

How many channels are required? I have a Ar637T receiver.

I’m trying to setup standard flaps and ailerons but with a switch they both connect together into flapprons
