Help with VTX and goggles

Hey everyone, brand new to forums and would love some help.
I just finished putting together my first fpv drone and cannot seem to get any video to my goggles. I have matched the VTX channel with the channel in my goggles but all I get is static! Is there a way to know which component is causing the issue? And any tips on how to fix it? The build that I am using is:

• Matek F405 CTR Flight Controller
• Foxeer Arrow Mini camera
• Matek VTX
• Eachine EV100 Goggles

I have gone through every single channel and cant figure out what could be causing the problem. The flight controller and VTX all light up when I plug in the battery, and the camera doesn't have an LED. Please help!
