Hi. Ez glider to Tiny trainer?

Hi!
Random question, I have a couple chuck gliders laying around and I was wondering how much work it would be for me to make them into tiny trainers. Could you just add the electronics, flaps and a power pod, or is it significantly more complicated than that?

Chinese throwing gliders, converted to radio control, fly perfectly with a camera + a 5.8 transmitter (I put the camera on the pad on the rudder - a great view of the nose of the model and the surroundings).
