HK Focke Wulf 190D prop mounting

So i'm slowly in the progress of putting together my Hobby King 650mm FW190D as I slowly get all the parts I need ordered.

At this point I have it pretty much fully put together and nearly ready to fly (though I'll wait untill I get the servo cables to put in the 3 axis gyro as the only other planes I've really flows in my DHC2-Beaver(the orange on by another manufacturer in the US) and my STM Fox 800. which are both fairly easy planes). I'm mounting the prop now though and not entirely sure how to do it.

in the FT videos when props have flow of, they've often talked about friction fit, which never made sense to me. now it seems I have a lane that's mean to friction fit :) The prop can barely be pushed on the motor shaft, but with the motor mounted on the plane I can just get it pushed on to the tip where the shaft ends where the prop ends, after that i've afraid I'll crush the plane or tear off the motor mounting plate.

Should I take out the motor and push the prop in against a table or should I get some other prop/mount ? Will the friction fit if I can get it on hold the prop and "when" I break it(well it has no landing gear and I have nowhere to land with gear anyway:p) how will I get the remnants off again ?

Should I just order a prop with a collett mount? and how will I know I can use it since this prop has no washesr to take off to make the center hole bigger...

also the spinner, it's just a pylystyrene(ish) spinner, same material as the plane. am I just supposed to stick on the the end there and hope it hangs on, no glue or anything ?

(not a whole lot of instructions with this plane, instructions pretend the plane was fully assembled from the factory pretty much :p)

So if I have to or should use a collet style prop and mount, what would you guys suggest I get.

The parts I currently have are
prop: 7x6 (came with the plane)
motor: https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking...Brushless_Outrunner_1200kv_EU_warehouse_.html
ESC: https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking...Brushless_Speed_Controller_EU_warehouse_.html
plane: https://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking...isplay_stand_EPO_650mm_ARF_EU_warehouse_.html

The motor has a 3mm shaft according tot he specs, so I assume I would need this:

But what prop should I use on the plane then ? another 7x6 prop or something else ?
