Decided it was about time my old Wot 4, one I converted from IC to leccy 12 years ago, got some air over the wings so I got it out, checked it over and decided to check the state of a couple of 3 or 4 year old 3,500 mA 4s lipos. They were only at half charge but thought a run up would let me see if they still had any life in them. Came up with a test idea and it scared the life out me when I remembered just what a spicy conversion I'd made. And the keyboard warriors told me it'd never fly with my motor and prop combi. 😆 It's got a 12 x 8 on but the motor will take 14 inch. 😟.
And that test was a half charged battery! I didn't risk a full charge run up indoors!
