The sales of DSM2 (and many other older protocols, including futaba FASST, Frsky D8 and others) is illegal in the EU now, because they dont comply with recent regulation thats designed to minimize the risk of interference. Good riddance.
The use of these devices is still allowed however (but should IMO be discouraged in places with lots of EM radiation and/or risk of interference, think clubs or meetings like flitefest).
