Jumper T Lite and sound

I have a Jumper T Lite and I've gone thru the videos and followed the instructions on how to add sound,.... d/l the sd card file, extract, copy the sound folder to the root of the sd card. No response from the radio.
I was wondering if the sd card I'm using is the problem, 64gb brand new Sandisk. Sometimes the exFat format causes issues. Do I need to go buy some 8gb cards?
