@cyclone3350 That`s a great looking plane, just what I`m looking for.... But my a foamboard building skills aren`t that good that I can make my own plans. I can modify things a bit but that`s about it..... So I leave the designing and making the plans to others ...
I just wanna print them out and start cutting.
But again very nice model (y)

You want the Beech or the Piper?

Hope everyone is still safe and healthy and most of all still with us after this part of the holiday season.

Boxing day huh? is that the day everyone re-boxes their gifts to return so they can replenish their stock of foamboard and hot glue for the coming season? Or is it like the USA where everyone pummels each other during the process of replenishing foam board and hot glue?

the Piper Apache PA23 is on my design list, although I guess that won't help you right now! Maybe I'll have a productive vacation...

David Windestal I think.

Yes but that is not the traditional Christmas movie I was referring to. That movie is titled "A Christmas Story" so many cool quotes to use from that one. The most often used one is "you'll shoot your eye out" because he wants a Red Rider bb gun as a gift.

my son was asking for a red Ryder since Thanksgiving. the automatic response by. all of us was "you'll shoot your eye out". we hid it behind a chair and the curtain, which after watching the movie two weeks ago was the first place he looked to find a suspiciously sized package 😆 🤣 I guess it should have just been under the tree 😆 (not a Red Ryder, but a Daisy BB gun nonetheless :D)

Good man mate. I think having kids learn and experience guns is a great thing. First and foremost it reinforces common sense which is something sorely missing from todays world. Second it teaches responsibility and respect not only for the weapon but for others who may be around one. That alone would cut back accidental deaths and injuries significantly if more younger kids knew more about real safety and not TV safety. Third hunting and sport shooting can be just as awesome a family activity for creating memories just as much as foam board aircraft.

I have so many memories of shooting and hunting with my Father and Uncles from my first Crossman bb gun for Christmas to my first Ithaca single shot 410 shotgun for the following birthday (10th) with which I took my hunting license test with later on. I to this day STILL have that gun. Albeit in less than perfect condition I kept it in as my uncle let my sisters son learn and use it while I was away in the Navy and he was never taught the respect for them as I was.
