Help! Looking for a winter build project

I want a project for the winter and im not sure what to build! I want a hard to build plane (like the master series) and i would actually like a plane that takes a long time to build. It does not need to have foamboard plans but it will need balsa plans that i can try to convert to foam. I would also want it to be a power pack c plane, any suggestions?

Then there's the FT MS P38, but that requires a twin C pack.

How about a scratch built Weddell Williams? Plenty of curves and a large fuselage for electronics. Lots of free balsa plans available.

That plane looks great and i found free plans that should work! Maybe if i can go to flite fest it could work as a barnstormer too.
