Looking for Eagle EPP Slow Flyer plans

Hey guys and gals, Im looking for plans/patterns/dimensions for the Eagle EPP Slow Flyer sold by Hobby King. I would love to try out the model but i can't bring myself (yet) to spend $80 plus their ridiculous shipping prices for it when i know i could build it out of foam board for around $6.
