MesaRC Wing Build - Flitetest style

I have been building several of the MesaRC pusher jets and have found them easy to build and great to fly. As well they look great with a little paint. I have been modifying my build approach to leverage the FT style fold over wing. This has worked very well and strengthened the joint. Previously the MesaRC build videos were cutting out the top and bottom of the wings separately, beveling, and then lining up and joining with tape.

My approach is rather than splitting the top/bottom of the wing, split the entire bottom plate in half and thus allow the wing fold over to follow the FT standard. The first picture below shows the three main components with my additional splitting of the right/left halves of the wing.

This next picture is a close up of the wing top/bottom showing the attachment in FT style with standard bevel.

I am then able to use a bead of hot glue on the bevel, wing scores etc.. which adds a lot of strength. Finished picture below.
