As others have stated, if it's for personal use (i.e. you are not posting the modified plans) you are free to do so. You would need written permission from Flite Test to share your modified plans though. The last sentence of the Personal Use Statement (from my understanding) means that if you do get written permission from Flite Test, those are the only authorized sites you could post them.

I putting my Stick XL project on hold for awhile as I've decided to scratch build the recently released FT Super Scout XL. I have all the electronics from my first Scout XL that crashed on it's maiden which I suspect was due to making the wing removal in order to fit in my car.

Also I think building this new Scout XL will give me some ideas for the Stick XL.

I'll start a build thread and link it here shortly.
