Okay so a list of punch items to get this bird flying.

1. Design a sweep mechanism that also balances CG when swept forward or backwards
2. Scale it up to 200%
3. Wind test the wings and sweep mechanism
4. Locate optimal spots for control surfaces
5. Find a reciever and esc
6. Find 4 servos for control surfaces, 1 for sweep and 1 motor and prop.
7. Install electronics except for the motor and prop
8. Wind test all electronics
9. Install motor and prop
10. Maiden flight

How does that look L Edge?

Step 1 is the biggy, design the set up so the wing does not flutter or twist and how much bearing surface is needed it to rotate it so it doesn't bind. Remember it needs the weight of all(battery, motor, etc.,) as well as forces generated in movement of the plane.
At present, see the fuse ripping from the wing if you quickly accelerate it holding the ends of the wing in a flying condition with motor etc.

I have a small update on the moth. I have been trying to make a dual purpose mechanism that can counter balance and sweep the wings. I have a crude working prototype of what I am thinking, again very crude. Here are som gifs to explain the concept.
