Mismatched Props with X8

Would it be possible to use different props for top and bottom motors on an X8 drone? For example, 15x5.5 on top and 15x7.5 on bottom, etc.

Has anyone tried?

You can mix and match to your hears content, the FC will compensate for the differing amounts of thrust. You will be limited in performance to the least 'thrusty' motor/prop combo however.
